Here is the Catfish Bend casino enroute from Burlington to the graveyard in Dubuque. To find her on the lock page, look for James Faris, her towboat. This is going under the I-280 bridge at 4 on Wednesday.

Morning, Steamboating colleagues:
Judy, thanks for the report on Catfish Bend Casino moving along with the fine picture in the autumn sun. Truthfully, I don't know much about the boat. Was there any thinking/ plan to possibly convert her for excursions or another purpose? Looks like a lot of metal going to the smelter. Your mention of "graveyard' for her sounds rather final and tragic.
