Just stumbled across this, found it interesting. Is this indeed the same Delaware North?

Not surprised. It's what they do, and they do it well. When Phil and I took the tour at the new Busch Stadium in St Louis, we went by the door to the concessions office and saw, yep, Delaware North.
Looking back on the DN experience, I've got to say they did a better job than MAL. At least they got all three boats out of bankruptcy. It would have been better to have real steamboaters at the helm. That would have saved us the Bruce experience, but hey, I got a couple of more years work out of it.
