Happy Thanksgiving, from all of us aboard the Steamboat Delta Queen. It is a beautiful day in St. Francisville--crisp and sunny. If we can't be with our families at home on this day, there are no people we'd rather be with than our "other" family--loyal steamboat fans, and our own dedicated crew. Today, we give thanks for your continued efforts to Save the Delta Queen. Thank you! Mary

Ah, the beautiful St. Francisville ferry landing and gravel pits - presumably its been improved since my DQ days. Is the Praline Lady still there on the landing? Have a happy family celebration today!

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Mary, and to all our river friends and DQ employees here from upstate New York. It's snowing lightly right now, cold enough to stick on the trees but warm enough to melt on the roads, perfect and very pretty.
We miss you all...Happy Turkey Day!
