Keith is always posting birthday wishes to everyone, now its his day: May 13th. Since it is also Mother's Day, I predict the birthday meal will be at Kingfish, with perhaps a stop at the Dairy Queen near Daisy Lane on the way home...
A grand natal day to the Curator of exhibits at the Howard/ WJ Old Boat columnist/River Ramblings director/Ohio River oracle/and all around good guy!

Happy Birthday Keith!

Hope you are having a great Birthday celebrating with family and friends. With all you are up to now days, you deserve a good ol' relaxing day with no deadlines and stress...a nice rainy day like today is perfect for that, so enjoy!

With a long and two shorts...and a slightly out of tune calliope version of "Happy Birthday", I wish you all the best on your natal day!

Happy Birthday Keith! It'll be good to get back down to Louisville in June and see all the work that's been done at the Howard. Have a great day!

THANKS!

Thanks y'all for the birthday greetings! It certainly "made my day" yesterday to receive so many good wishes here and on Facebook. Also spent part of the day "struggling" with a big chocolate cake and a barge load of vanilla ice cream!

Last Friday, at the museum, Yvonne brought out a pre-birthday chocolate cake of THREE layers, the middle one of which was cheese cake. The icing must have been an inch thick and there were plenty of chocolate sprinkles on the top. It was AWESOME! I need to make even more trips UP the stairs to the mansion's third floor -- and maybe even to the attic!

As I cruise past mile post #58, I'll try to keep up steam and continue rollin' on the river!

Thanks again!

Happy Belated Birthday

I don't get on here as much as I used to, so I want to extend a happy belated birthday to our favorite river lorian, Keith Norrington.
