The June REFLECTOR arrived at my doorstep this afternoon. Wow, it's fantastic! Chief Dan Lewis' article about the work done in the BELLE OF LOUISVILLE's engineroom this past winter is sure wonderful, and gives a glimpse into what it takes to keep a one-hundred year old steamboat's wheel rollin'.

The June REFLECTOR arrived at my landing yesterday and, as Frank said, is fantastic! Congrats to Chief Dan for his fascinating article concerning the engines of the BELLE. It is my hope that, before I depart this world, we know the answer as to where those faithful engines originated!
A long and two shorts of the whistle to Editor Dave for yet another terrific issue!

It arrived at the Dewey-Mountain Landing out here in rural NORTHERN California today--GREAT issue! Wish more pics of the Belle's engines though! And of the throttle valve.
