There are some photos of the launching of a new, 12 foot model of the Belle of Louisville in today's Louisville Courier-Journal newspaper. Bruce Samples was the builder and it looks like he did a fine job. Here is a link to the newspaper. Find "Photo Galleries" on the front page and scroll to the last photo to find additional photos.

Thanks to you, I just spent many minutes perusing the Derby hats. Oh, what fun! There was a Belle hat, of course.
