You'll want to check out this new book by Cindy Nobles Delta Queen: A Culinary History 1927-2008 for which Capt. Doc Hawley wrote the introduction. Limited special editions are now on sale.

I'm so happy Cynthia got this published--it should be a wonderful book to salivate through! I had fun exchanging a few emails with her through the process, though I don't think I actually helped her much. Congratulations!
