QOM route to the Mississippi

The Queen of the Mississippi is being built in Salisbury, Maryland. Does anyone know what waterway route it will take to get over to the Mississippi River.

And, along those same lines, what will be her home port? Hopefully, a river city?

According to the USCG's database, the QOM's registered hailing port is NOLA.
