While Great American Steamboat Company will open bookings form Sept. 30, their competitor American Cruise Lines just announced the entertainment program for the new-built Queen of the Mississippi, including a lto of the ole' time entertainment we all loved so much on the DQSC boats 🙂

Yeah, but they still don't get it--notice they talk about the "faster speeds" their boat can do so there can be "longer visits to the river towns and less night traveling, especially on upriver itineraries." I LIKE slow river running and night running--at least until about 11 pm--then you can choke a stump so we can see more of the river in the light (but how to sleep if the boat is not trembling??)
