River Effects of Earthquake

I was wondering if anyone was on the river around Evansville last Friday? I would like to know if there was any noticable effect from the earthquake that happened in that area.
I know a quake the size of the New Madrid quake, 1800's, was noticable. The river current running the wrong direction tends to get people's attention. If the recent 'quake was felt, on land, as far away as Chicago and Cincinnati, was there anything felt by people on the waters of the Ohio or UMR? If so, what type of things were felt or noticed? Have the lock workers mentioned anything?
I know that vessel movement and engine virbration were two feelings it took a day or two to get use to when returning to a towboat. If anything was felt on a vessel, was it noteably different than the usual movement found during day to day operations? Was there any ripple, wave, or surface action that stood out as markly different?
As informed (Nosey) as we river people like to be, someone must have something to offer to this question.

RE: RECENT EARTHQUAKE IN CINCINNATI:
Steamboating colleagues:
Yes, the recent 5.4 earthquake was felt here in Cincinnati on/around 5:37 AM last Friday. I was already up at the time and not only felt the house quiver with audible cracking and 'clinking' of bottles, pans etc. more of the back-and-forth movement. No a true 'rumble' in the earth but a detecatable sound from down deep. Local earth and soil consistency has much to do with the movement. Another after shock was recorded again this morning but nothing felt here. Is this the portent of something more on the way?

Back in the 1980s I well recall the one on a late Sunday afternoon as I was on a large motor scow docked at the marina in New Richmond, OH with friends. There was movement in the river at that time and the boat bumbled against the dock. We looked over thinking it was caused by a boat going up or down river. That quake was registered originating at the 'Maysville, KY fault' up river. Last week's quake was one of about three I've felt in my time here. Others on the web may have accounts of the recent quake and those in the past. My first thought, naturally, was the source and the great New Madrid quake of 1811 came to mind. I felt another shock back in the 1980s in Mexico City while in a high rise hotel there and it was something. A geologist friend of mine here on the weekend jokingly said, "Earth build up...earth fall down."

Cheers,

A towboat Captain allegedly reported seeing two small waves moving on the surface of the Ohio River at the time of the Wabash quake. Personally, I never felt a thing where I was staying at the staff bunkhouse in the casting yard near Rising Sun (IN).

Miss Pegan reported that her Sear's Craftsman house (1927) in Aurora, about eight miles upstream, "shook like a giant had aholt of it."
