Capt. Robert "Bob" Morehead made his final crossing on Wednesday June 8th, services are Sunday, June 12th. in Hebron, Ky. Capt. Bob started Morehead Marine in the 1960,s lost a lot of equipment in the 1974 Tornado, rebuilt his towing business and finally sold to Carlisle's Greater Cincinnati Marine which now is known as C&B Marine. Capt. Bob was one real fine riverman.

Cap'n Morehead......
I was shocked and saddened to read, here, that Captain Bob Morehead has died. We worked together many times when he brought the tug, OLE ABE, over to the GRAND VICTORIA II. My deepest sympathy to family, friends, and all who loved Captain Morehead.
