Greetings From New Orleans ,
Well , what can I say and for that matter will any words describe this particualr situation any better than simply , Still Hard Aground ! These were my thoughts when I first laid eyes on her and then upon closer inspection I realized that she was not going anywhere either very fast or very soon !
This is the remains of the " Good Ship & True " , M/V Bayou La Rose !
This particular Motor Vessel has been hard aground longer than I can remember and I think that although her situation is rather dire , at least her crew has kept her lean , well painted and to say the least , " Ship Shape " !
She has become the office boat for the Bayou Fleet , located river mile 126 LMR , AHP , and although her role has changed she is still a fine looking motor Vessel !
Smooth Sailing !

That was a boat?

Where is her hull is she that far buried? What kind of boat was this? I believe it when you save hard aground, looks as though for over 30 years.
