Anyone know if the Tall Stacks Festival is going to happen this year since last year's plans were scrapped?

Hey Taylor,
I have not even heard any rumblings that an event would happen in 2010 and I imagine if any kind of event was going to take place we'd have heard about it by this point. I'm still holding out some hope that a 2011 event might take place only on a much smaller scale. Maybe 10 boats, no music festival, probably Ohio River boats only and on a voluntary basis. If no event in 2011 to coincide with inland steamboatings 200th, then perhaps Louisville will pull something together in the form of a "tall stacks" type event for the Belle's 100th Birthday in 2014. I think it's obvious there is interest in these type of events, but in order to be "successful" on all levels the event would need serious re-tooling.
I've offered to help in anyway I can to previous event organizers and that offer stands.
