The river here in East Liverpool is fozen over in most all areas. I did see a few small places that were broken up enough by a passing southbound tow to show water. I was able to pick up a few very small chuncks that were close enough to shore and they were about 3-4 inches thick. The tow that passed did not show any signs of slowing through the ice but the noise from my point was impressive.
