I know, we board the boat on Thursday afternoon, but we have to leave our houme about 2AM Thursday Morning, so I consider it only two days away!
Any word from anyone on how the DQ is doing? How about the Rivers? Can't wait to see her again. Gonna miss Travis V.--he goes off duty the day we get on board (did you plan it that way Travis??), but Bruno & Debbie will be there, and Ginnie and Ralph Rhynders too. Anyone else from here???
Oh boy, oh boy, STEAMBOATIN'!!!
Yeah I know, the shop roof will have to wait another year, gotta go buy some more caulking!
I'm taking the cameras along too. . . and a few other surprises!
S'
David & Linda Dewey, in Cabin 338 this time.
All that energy and excitement
I wish I could join you. Have a fantastic time!!!!
...But I never saw the good side of a city, 'til I hitched a ride on a river boat queen... and this must be the CCR version, not Tina Turner's, to be the right frame of mind.
Deb and I are in 332...Any forum members that will be on board, feel free to knock, don't be a stranger.
David, you and your better half, and Ginnie and Ralph, everbody have safe flights and we'll see you in BHM.
New rivers, new rivers, new rivers...hot damn!
Bruno
And we're in #322 with our names on a neat steamboat sign on the door. Stop in and say hello. Well, not really "in" - space limitations, don't ya know -but stop and say hello anyway. See you Deb, Bruno, Linda and David real soon.
Ginnie
Hi Bruno
We were in 322 on the Belle race trip. Great room, with a lot more room than most. If Zane is still working in the Texas, Tell him I tried to email him some pics, but his address came back as undeliverable. I gave him my card with my email addy on it, so ask him to send me a note, and I will reply.
Frank Dillon, Sandy's partner in crime
Sorry, we were in # 323
