Does anybody know why the American Queen & Queen of the Mississippi don't make stops in Winona,MN as much.Has the river town just become boring to passengers ?

I grew up in St. Paul.
When I was a boy, having to go south of there with my family, Winona, Mankato etc,was just arduous.
Now that's a little boys opinion, I haven't been back.
