The Port of Louisville Propeller Club invites all .orgers to attend their January meeting on Monday January 19, 2009. Our guest speaker will be none other than our own active .org contributor Capt. TED DAVISSON! Capt Davisson is to speak about being a NOBRA pilot, with a video presentation and perhaps he'll even tell some stories from his DELTA QUEEN days.
So come meet Capt Davisson, have a good meal with good friends and hear a very entertaining program.
The meeting will start at 6 PM. From 6 to 7 is social hour, dinner at 7 and the program starts before 8 and we are usually out by 9.
Place: Knights of Columbus Hall...4417 Upper River Road, Louisville
Cost: $15.00 The Knights of Columbus has probably the best fried chicken you ever tasted, if chicken's not your favorite, there will be another entre available.

Count Me In
Just got a call from my co-captain-partner wanting to swap some time so he can renew his radar endorsement, and I wouldn't have believed it myself, but the swap'll work out perfectly so I can hear Cap'n Ted's talk. So count me in. Are reservations required? I'm excited!

No you don't need reservations, but if people would let me know if they are coming...just a short email note will [email protected] I could let Knights of Columbus know they might need to throw another chicken in the pot.
