Earlier this week a TV station did a feature on these 3 pairs of fathers/sons working on the NATCHEZ. This article appears in today's TP:
Father-son teams enjoy working together on Steamboat Natchez | NOLA.com
I tried to post a comment, but I can't get logged in on their site, but here it is for us:
This father/son relationship started with the creation of the NATCHEZ, with Capts. Wilbur and William Dow forming the New Orleans Steamboat Co. Now a third generation Dow, Matt, has worked on the NATCHEZ and on the company's boats in Lake George NY.
Here's the link to the tv piece too:Three Fathers and Their Three Sons Work Together On Steamboat Natchez - WGNO
Anyway, hats off to the fathers and sons all along the rivers!
