Hello,
I am a new poster and would like to know if it would be ok to tell you about an item I have for sale on eBay. It's historical, one of a kind and I think appropriate for this board. The rules say to ask a moderator before doing this, so I am asking 🙂
Thanks,
Tom

Go for it. Your post is up. So I guess it's ok.

Curiosity
Since your seller's ID isn't Tom Wyma, I can't find the item and now you've got me curious -if you don't want to post it, at least tell us the item title and we can find it ourselves!

eBay listing
Hi again,
I was waiting for a moderator to say it was ok, but I guess I'll just go ahead.
The item number is 260901078675
It's a steamboat pilot's license circa 1857, for a pilot of some repute, William J. Kountz
The listing has quite a bit of information on the pilot, so be sure to read all the way through and follow the links.
Thanks,
Tom aka hypertreasure on eBay

eBay listing
Hi again,
The item is listed through one of my other accounts - namele365 - not hypertreasure, sorry for the confusion 🙂
