If Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. plays its cards right, President Casino could find new digs on the extreme north end of the city of St. Louis.
The gambling company confirmed Tuesday that it hoped to win permission for its ailing downtown casino to move north of the Chain of Rocks bridge on the west bank of the Mississippi.
