The Queen of the Mississippi is presently tied up at Poland Avenue just ahead of the Cape Kennedy and Cape Knox.

QoM on webcam
If you go to the NOLA.com river webcam, you can see the white rectangle. It is about an inch above and a bit to the right of dead center of the screen. The MARAD ships on which Jim is serving are the larger gray objects to the right of the QoM. The upper end of the Poland wharf had been converted to a cruise ship terminal prior to Katrina, as the port was often hosting 3 ships the same day and Julia can only handle 2 large vessels. The need for this third berth hasn't been there post Katrina yet, so the terminal building is not fully developed, a la Julia...

The only thing I can see right now are the raindrops on the camera lens :-(!
