I've been reading about tonnage; the various systems of measurement. What a can of worms. I see the terms "Moorman's Formula," and "Moorsom System." Alan Bates discussed Moorman's Formula in this forum in June, 2006. I found Moorsom System in Wikipedia, but Wikipedia doesn't have anything for Moorman's Formula. Confused? Me too. I don't understand if they are the same thing. Does anyone out there know?
