The lock list for St. Anthony Falls shows the last vessel upbound at the time of the collapse was the Minneapolis Queen. She may have been locking when it occurred. http://www.minneapolisqueen.com/35W_bridge.html

Was the Delta Queen Going down the river at that time or was she at another port??

The schedule says that she would have been underway to Mobile Alabama as the turnover stop sometime that night.

They interviewed an excursion boat captain who saw the whole thing, but did not name the boat. The boat was on a tour at the time.
