The Empress is to start her first cruise after the incident in May today. Obviously some of the safetey equipment didn´t work like it was supposed to do.

I am glad that the vessel known as the Empress of the North is getting extra scrutiny, especially after all the troubles the DQ has seen. Jack questioned the suitability of such a vessel from an engineering standpoint.
