Fran Riley Features - News and Weather For The Quad Cities -
This was on our 4PM news edition yesterday. There are nice closeups of Michael's paintings. The opening shots are in his great room - just imagine having all those Blaser paintings covering your walls! His studio is down in the basement, windowless as I recall. Fran Riley does these 'human interest' features every day on the early news edition. Michael suggested he talk to me, which he did yesterday, and I've got until January 23 to get this place cleaned up for his visit. Michael said he had some warning too to straighten up his place.

Michael Blaser, Painter of the Rivers, Lakes & Deep Water He hasn't annotated/priced his latest, which are: The End of Something (the AVALON and GCG at the Davenport levee in 1951) and At First Light (the WJ QUINLAN and JS DELUXE at Davenport). I think this one is going to be my favorite - now to find some wall space for both of these...

I've got a space over my fireplace reserved for that QUINLAN/JS painting.
I wonder what a print is going for?
