This is to let you all know that long, long, long time Delta Queen Steamboat Company employee, Toots has established a wonderful new presence on the web and I would like to encourage everyone to take a visit to her site.
As many of you may recall, Toots creates some exquisite greeting cards with a steamboat theme, and she has just come out with a 2009 Delta Queen Christmas card available in different colors and variations. They're really neat, definitely a collector's item. Anyone who knows Toots knows that anything she does is done with a lot of care and love. So go have a look:
Lagniappe! With Toots, of course comes the one and only Mike Gentry, banjoman extraordinaire, and so you get to check out Mike's site, too!

Jazzou,
Just looked at both sites. Many memories came to mind...I can't believe how much I miss working with the both of them! True, dyed in the wool steamboaters, don't miss out on this opportunity!

Toots and I just met on Facebook, and neither of us can figure out how our paths haven't crossed before. Of course, in true steamboat fashion, it seems like we have known each other forever. Great websites.

Just a quick note to let you know that Toots' website is temporarily down while she and Mike work out a few glitches. Meanwhile, if you've seen the cards and wish to contact Toots, her email address is: [email protected] (there's an 'underscore' beween Karen and toots if you're actually typing it out).
