At least it's about steam though! Unbelievably, the Union Pacific Railroad has purchased back one of its Big Boy Locomotives, the one in Southern California, 4014. They expect a three to five year restoration to operation!

Great News! Business on the UP must be good......check their common stock price and do a historical price look-up....their website is pretty nifty......buy a share or two and the UP will send you a free calendar.

They also have a nifty background that you can download on your computer. I was doing some research for a railroad painting a few years ago and decided to download it.
