The Padelford Riverboats based out of St. Paul, Minn., has two special free cruises for Veterans on Monday. One at noon and one at 2 p.m. If you, or someone you know, is a veteran in the Twin Cities area, pass this on to them. You need to register in advance as, we all know, space is limited. I booked my cruise for noon. The link is here.
I'll post pics
I just purchased a new Canon T3 12.2 MP DSLR camera. I'll post links to the stills and video when I am able.

We had a wonderful excursion today (or should I say excursions, since there were two of them). The weather was overcast but very warm and humid. We're not quite used to the humidity yet, so this was new to us this far north. We don't normally see this kind of humidity until August. To think, just the other day it was 49 degrees, windy and raining.
There were two bald eagles and an osprey on the route today. Had nearly everyone on the trip mesmerized.
Photos are posted here.
I have the video edited and it's processing now. I'll post it when I get it uploaded to Youtube in a few more hours (I hope).
Video is now posted
The video from the Anson Northrup excursion is now posted.
At the 4:18 mark, you will see a plane flying in the distance. It's one of two remaining B-17's that are airworthy - that was an added bonus for us.
Feel free to share.
