The future of S and D

Hi All, I received my renewal information yesterday for S and D and it really made me stop and think about renewing. I have always enjoyed being a part of the S and D family but I am concerned about the future of the organization. I know that this post will probably not be a popular one with some but I have to comment that the Reflector is truly what holds S and D together. While the annual and chapter meetings are always great fun, the magazine is the one common connector. I know a lot of you are just happy to get the magazine when it arrives and I certainly am too. But, I've lost track now of what issues I've already paid for and haven't received. I don't have the solution except to suggest that maybe we pay for each issue as it comes out. Again I've always enjoyed being a part of S and D but I am concerned about the consistency and what message it sends to possible future members. Should we consider moving to two issues a year? Your comments pro or con are welcome. I'm very glad the organization is around for all us boat and river nuts and I'd l like to see it continue for as long as there are people interested to be a part of it. Aaron
