I am offering for sale a wooden riverboat model that my family acquired through an estate. Three photos are attached.
It is a stern-wheel double-decker boat in very good condition, I would guess the model is pre-1950s judging by the patina on the wood and the 48 star US flag attached to the string that serves as ropes and rigging. The side of the boat has the name "Banjo Unlimited" and a sign on the front of the top deck reads "Silva Star"
This is a very large model, nearly five feet long (58 inches), 12 inches wide, and 19 inches to the top of the stacks, which is almost twice the size of model riverboat models today. I am willing to sell it for the appraisal quoted to the estate. For serious queries, please contact [email protected]
