Okay, I have yet another mystery steamboat ticket. Anybody out there able to tell me about the Kanawha and Gallipolis Packet Company, and slightly more specifically its steamer C.P. Huntington which was in existance, and just beginning its life around 1870. Her captain in that year is a Mr. Jas. Newton. Her clark was a Mr. Moore, middle initial D, and first initial is gone due to a rip in the ticket. I will try to post a picture as soon as I can! It will be nice when I finally recieve my Ways Packet Directory in the mail & can do some of the reaserch more easily! Thanks for the help!
