Just got this article which says the DQ has new owners:New owner for the historic Delta Queen - WorkBoat.com
I haven't been watching the DQ forum, so I don't know if this is "old news". Thought I had better post it anyway..

Reads like a bunch of suits are doing some more financial paper shuffling and nothing will be any different, otherwise. So, for the bean counters out there, this new outfit makes number what in the long, long list of owners of the Delta Queen? I quit counting a long time ago. Ho, hum.

I agree, Lexie. And that one-line paragraph says it all to me, that the DELTA QUEEN is still for sale. Ho-hum indeed.

Reads to me like Whippoorwill will own the DQ when the dust settles. Question in my mind is Who is the owner of Whippoorwill? Is this another "under which walnut shell is the marble"?
