need suggestions for finding information on the navy and Army steamboats and those they charted, that were used in the Seminole Wars in Florida 1817 to 1854. Some boats supplied coastal posts. and others when up the rivers and lakes. The government moved a great many to the west. Oklahoma and even Wyoming. So there should be some charters used in transporting the Seminoles west.
