That's just upriver from the city, near the airport. Chances are many have flown over this anchorage on takeoff and arrival to the airport. There are grain elevators there. No need to wait for the inquiry - it will be a result of mechanical failure, not pilot error. That area is serviced by the NOBRA pilots and all 3 pilot associations investigate their own wrecks, so the result is predictable.
