I wonder if there is another day in the year when so many river folks are celebrating their birthdays? Happy birthday to Jo Ann Schoen, Pat Traynor, Chief Tad Kornecki, Mate Dave Hardesty, Baseball Historian and Collector Bruce Campbell, Jocelyn Kennedy Langford (Miss Natchez-Under-the-Hill), and me! What an honor to share this day with so many fine friends. Let's all keep having lots of birthdays!

A long and two shorts of the whistle and a delightfully steamy offkey rendition of HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ALL the fine folks who share today as their natal day!
Y'all keep up steam and keep rollin' like the river!

Thanks to all. And Happy Birthday to all those I share the birthday with that Jazzou mentioned and to another 29ther or so including Brian "Fox" Ellis of the SPIRIT OF PEORIA.

Keith, I think I'm still recovering from the original 21 Schwartz salute that took place on June 29, 1993 in the Paddlewheel Lounge.
